I am an Emmy award-winning storyteller, bringing my journalism, legal, political, and global public policy experience to audiobook narration and voice acting.
I have had the privilege of covering the White House, Capitol Hill, and the world as a correspondent for CBS News and 48 Hours. I have served as legal counsel specializing in strategic communications in high profile cases, am a member of the Arkansas Bar, have argued before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and worked on cases that laid the foundation for Supreme Court decisions. I was fortunate to serve as an industry association CEO advocating for the transportation, new mobility, energy and telecommunications industries. It was an honor to also serve as the volunteer CEO of the Miss America Organization, focusing on bringing the organization’s focus to scholarship and social impact.
I bring production experience to my narration as executive producer of two ABC and NBC primetime live specials.  I have lent my voice to corporate and e-learning projects, hosted and produced podcasts for intelligent transportation, new mobility, and tech and am a successful speaker and live event host.
I am a proud member of the Audio Publishers Association, the Audiobook Creators Alliance and SAG-AFTRA. I serve as Board chair of Flapper House (Press & Films) in Los Angeles and the University of Arkansas Alumni Association in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I serve on the board of the Arkansas State Society and the D.C. Council of Vital Voices in Washington, D.C. I am a proud Arkansas Razorback having graduated from the University of Arkansas Fulbright College with a degree in political science and a JD from the law school and had the good fortune to attend the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School.
It’s no surprise that my literary passions lie in non-fiction, public policy, politics, current events, business, biographies & memoirs, historical fiction, and political thriller genres.
